Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from FORMFOLK STUDIO SDN. BHD. (Reg. No. 202601041856 (1703951-H)) (“FORMFOLK STUDIO”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order or using the website you agree to them, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Delivery Policy.

Who We Are & What We Sell

We create, license and sell graphic design assets, fonts, icons, illustrations, presentation templates, website templates, UI/UX kits, branding templates, digital mockups, motion graphics, creative toolkits and related creative products through e-commerce platforms. The current range on this website consists of 20 downloadable digital resources. Every product is delivered electronically.

Licence to Use Products

When you buy a product we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files for the purpose and within the scope stated on that product page (“Licence / usage”), for example single business; commercial end-use, desktop + web use for one business, one website / one business, commercial use in one end product, commercial use in end products, commercial presentation use, commercial use in rendered videos or single user; client-facing business use. One licence covers the business, website, end product or user named in that scope. If more businesses, websites, end products or users need the files, each needs its own licence. You may edit and adapt the files for your own work.

Restrictions

Unless we agree in writing, you must not:

• resell, redistribute, share, publish or upload the files, in original or modified form, including to file-sharing sites, font or stock-asset sites and marketplaces;
• sublicense, rent, lend or otherwise make the files available to other businesses or users outside the licence scope;
• offer the files, or any part of them, as your own font, icon, illustration, template, UI kit, mockup or other asset product, or use them to build a competing asset library;
• remove or alter ownership notices in the files.

Intellectual Property

All copyright and other intellectual property rights in the products, the website, the logo and our artwork remain with FORMFOLK STUDIO or its licensors. Your purchase gives you a licence to use the files, not ownership of them. Work you create using the files remains yours, subject to the licence you bought.

Prices & Orders

Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) per licence. We may change prices at any time, but the price displayed when you complete checkout is the price you pay. If we find a pricing or description error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any payment made. An order is accepted when your payment is confirmed and we send your files.

Payment

Payment is made online through our payment gateway provider (AXAIPAY) by the methods offered at checkout, such as FPX online banking, e-wallet or card. We do not see or store your card or bank login details. Your order is processed only after the gateway confirms payment.

Delivery

Products are delivered digitally by download link or email as described in our Delivery Policy. You are responsible for entering a correct email address and for having software able to open the files.

Refunds

Because digital files cannot be returned, refunds are limited to the situations set out in our Refund Policy.

Previews & Professional Advice

Product pages show the files in preview scenes (devices, packaging, print pieces, photography and so on) to illustrate how they may look. Only the files listed under “What’s included” are supplied; any third-party fonts, photographs or objects appearing in a preview scene are not part of the product unless the listing says so. Our resources are general-purpose design tools and are not legal advice: you are responsible for checking that your finished work, including any brand name, logo or trademark you create with them, is suitable and cleared for your use, and for obtaining professional advice where needed.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Products are supplied for general use and, to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or of particular business outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under Malaysian law, including consumer protection law, that cannot be excluded.

Use of the Website

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or copy its content other than as these terms allow. We may change or suspend the website or any product at any time.

Privacy

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this website when you place an order applies to that order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
