Delivery Policy
Every product is a digital download: files emailed after payment, no shipping, no delivery charge.
This Delivery Policy describes how orders are fulfilled. All products on this website are delivered electronically.
Digital Products Only
FORMFOLK STUDIO sells digital design assets only. We do not sell, pack or ship physical goods, so there is no shipping address to give, no courier and no shipping or delivery charge. The price shown on the product page and in your cart is the price you pay, in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
How Your Files Are Delivered
Each product is listed as an instant digital download. Once your online payment is confirmed, we send a download link or access details to the email address you entered at checkout. The files you receive are those listed under “Included files” on the product page (for example AI, PSD, SVG, OTF, Figma, PPTX or After Effects project files).
Delivery Timing
Delivery begins after the payment gateway confirms your payment. This is usually immediate, but online banking, e-wallet and card confirmations can occasionally take longer. Please do not pay again while a payment is pending; the payment result page will tell you when it has been confirmed and your cart is kept until then.
Correct Email Address
Your files are sent to the email address you enter at checkout, so please check it carefully before paying. We are not responsible for files that go to an address entered incorrectly, though we will help you where we can. If you do not receive your email within a short time, check your spam or junk folder and that your mailbox is not full.
If You Have Not Received Your Files
Email form.folk@outlook.com or call +6010-434 2335 with your order reference, the email address used and the SKU. After checking the payment we will re-send your files or the download link at no charge.
Opening & Using the Files
You will need software able to open the file types in your product, for example Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop (or a compatible editor) for AI and PSD files, Figma for Figma files, a font manager or design application for OTF, TTF and WOFF font files, presentation software for PPTX files, After Effects for motion projects and a PDF reader for PDF guides. Please keep a backup copy of the files you receive.
Licence
Digital delivery grants you the licence stated on the product page, such as use by a single business for commercial end-use, desktop and web use of a font for one business, or commercial use in one end product. Resale, redistribution and sublicensing are not allowed. See our Terms & Conditions for details.
